Johurul Islam Jewel
Johurul Islam is the Deputy Registrar at the University of South Asia and is also working for CSF Global as a Senior Program Manager. He is coordinating courses and instructing students of public health in the areas of community ophthalmology and disability.
He has extensive experience on program planning, designing, and implementation on health and disability issues in Bangladesh and other low and middle-income countries (LMICs). Johurul has a strong interest in international public health and generating evidence on health and disability.

Dr. Tasneem Karim
Senior Research Program Manager
Tasneem Karim completed her PhD from the Discipline of Child and Adolescent Health, Sydney Medical School, The University of Sydney. She is a clinical epidemiologist with a specific interest in international public health and childhood disability. Her PhD described the burden of CP in Bangladesh through a population-based register, assessed the use of a novel method for early diagnosis and assess the outcome of a parents led early intervention and rehabilitation program for children with CP.
She also coordinates research activities and service delivery with a multidisciplinary team consisting of local volunteers, community therapists, physiotherapists, dentists, psychologists, nutritionists, counsellors, physicians, and other key members. Her long-term vision is to improve the lives of children with CP and their families through translational research in low resource settings.

Ishrat Jahan is the Senior Project Manager at CSF, bringing strong leadership and extensive experience to the organization. In her role, she provides strategic oversight across projects, mentors project teams, and ensures that programmes are implemented effectively and in line with CSF’s goals. Ishrat plays a key role in strengthening coordination, maintaining quality standards, and driving impactful outcomes, making her an essential pillar of CSF’s project management team.

Mahatabur Rahman serves as the Admin and Finance Manager at CSF, where he oversees administrative operations and manages the organization’s financial processes with diligence and integrity. He plays a crucial role in budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Through his careful management and strong organizational skills, Mahatabur supports the smooth functioning of CSF and contributes significantly to its overall efficiency and sustainability.
