Sabrina Wadud
Human Rights Officer
Sabrina Wadud, has a legal background. She completed both LLB honours and LLM in International Human Rights law from the University of Essex. After the completion of LLB honours she worked as a legal adviser in Citizens advice bureau in the United Kingdom. She assisted in constructing persuasive legal claims to access social security benefits for persons with disabilities which involved writing tribunal submissions. Prior to embarking in LLM in International Human Rights Law she worked in Amnesty International Secretariat in London. In Amnesty International she assisted in research and campaign work and also worked as program assistant. After completion of LLM in International Human Rights Law she joined Child Sight Foundation. In Child Sight Foundation her work involves drafting policies and analyzing and writing legal paper on the implementation of Convention on the Rights of Disabled people in Bangladesh.

Md. Ansar Ali
Manager, Finance and Administration
Md. Ansar Ali, is the Manager of Finance and Administration. He has been serving with this position from 24th January, 2006. He hails from the district of Natore and obtained MBA (Major in Accounting) from the Rajshahi University. Before joining this organization he served in a renowned group of companies as an Executive of Accounts. He is responsible in CSF for overall financial activities i.e daily financial management, budget preparation, budget management, fund clearance dealing with the NGO Bureau and different banks. He is also responsible for all the administrative activities related to the organization with the G.O(s) and other organizations. He is a father of a sweet daughter Esha. He is never without a smile on his face.

Md. Monzurul Alam Milon
Manager, Program Development and Training
Md. Monzurul Alam Milon, is working as a program development and training manager in CSF. He joined CSF as a pediatric physiotherapist and research project coordinator in 2011. He studied in one of the prestigious schools of Dhaka named Dhaka Residential Model College. He graduated as a physiotherapist from National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation (NITOR) under University of Dhaka and started his career in the field of disability to develop community rehabilitation model which is known as ‘Home Based Therapy’ in different rural areas of Bangladesh. He has got extensive experience by serving for more than 3 years as a senior physiotherapist in a tertiary international private hospital in Dhaka. Then he travelled to the United Kingdom to obtain his masters degree in public health (MPH). His keen interest is to develop the quality of life of the children with cerebral palsy by ensuring their health condition and rehabilitation in resource poor settings. He is a very co-operative and candid person.

Md. Zahidur Rahman
Coordinator, Finance and Audit
Md. Zahidur Rahman, is working as a Coordinator in the Finance and Audit department at CSF. He has previously worked with J.U. Ahmed & Co. as an Audit Manager. Zahid completed his MBA in Finance at the University of South Asia. He has been working with the Finance & audit sections in the Development & Private sector for seven years. Zahid has extensive experience in financial systems design and implementation, institutional development, auditing, accounting, taxation and management of multinational and national enterprises, corporations, banks, leasing companies, NGOs and various donor aided projects. He enjoys in travelling, watching cricket matches and playing table tennis. He is a gadget lover and has a wide collection of different modern electronic gadgets.

Md. Ariful Islam
Coordinator
Md. Ariful Islam, is working as a coordinator in CSF since November 2006. He completed his master’s degree in social work from Rajshahi University in 2004. As a coordinator he coordinated the childhood disability study in Bangladesh. He received a 9 month long diploma on special education in the Perkins School for the Blind in Boston, USA in 2011. He is also working in the communications department of CSF. Arif is gaining ample knowledge and experience regarding the advocacy and rehabilitation of the disabled children in Bangladesh. His dream is to establish a disability support center for CSF. He is an avid lover of coffee and he is always seen with a cup of coffee in the office.

Mst. Afroza Parvin
Research Officer
Mst. Afroza Parvin, is working as a Research Officer in the Research Evaluation Advocacy and Development (READ)Center of CSF. She has been awarded M.Phil degree in Psychology from the University of Dhaka. She is trained in both qualitative and quantitative research methodology. She is an expert in analysis of qualitative and quantitative data through Nvivo, Atlasti, MS Access and SPSS software. She has four years of hands on research experience specially in the field of childhood disability. Her first research paper was published on the International Journal of Disability and Rehabilitation. Afroza is the first trained Educational Psychologist of Bangladesh who has completed a 3 year professional course in Educational Psychology from the Department of Psychology, University of Dhaka. Currently she is practicing psychology for helping children with special educational needs as well as normally developing children with different educational and mental health issues. She is dedicated to her work. She is a special member of CSF for her charming behavior & friendly attitude.

Mahmood Kazi Mohammed
Research Officer
Mahmood Kazi Mohammed, is a research officer in the Research Evaluation Advocacy and Development (READ) Center of CSF. He is pursuing his M.B.B.S from Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Mahmood is responsible for conducting research on disability and rehabilitation and their publication in CSF. He also oversees the project proposals, design and evaluation, planning, reporting and maintenance of the website. He has 3 years of experience in research specializing in biomedical research. His first research poster was accepted in the category of ‘Bioinformatics of Health and Disease’ in the International Society of Computational Biology Conference ‘ISMB 2012’ in Long Beach, CA, USA. Mahmood has expertise in website development and social networking. He was also an Elsevier Student Ambassador for the year 2012 in the Asia-Pacific region. In his spare time, he really enjoys cooking, driving and hanging out with his friends.

Shahitaze Parvin
Counsellor
Shahitaze Parvin, is from Madaripur District. She has been working in CSF from 2001 as a Counselor. She got her graduation degree from her native sub district level college. As a counsellor her main responsibility is to create awareness among the disabled children and their parents. Other than counseling, she often assigned for other work i,e interview, data entry, focus group discussion. She likes to travel. Football is her favorite game. She is a mother of three children. She always expects for an ideal and successful life.

Md. Abul Kalam Azad
Data Entry Officer
Md. Abul Kalam Azad, hails from the district of Kurigram, Bangladesh. He got his Bachelor of Arts degree from the local college. He joined CSF in 17th June, 2004 as a telephone operator for the C.B.P.B project. Since then he has worked in numerous projects of CSF all over Bangladesh. He got his Master of Arts degree in 2008 from the Govt. Titumir College, Bangladesh. He was promoted as a data entry officer from 2013. He has a wife and son. His hobbies are singing, watching football etc.

Md. Abdul Alim
Administrative Assistant
Md. Abdul Alim, is the administrative assistant who is with CSF since 2007. He is pursing his BBA from the University of South Asia. He is a fun loving person and a dedicated employee.

Farhana Islam
Farhana Islam, is working as a receptionist in CSF since 2012. She is very cordial, loves to take photos of herself and she is the youngest member of the CSF team.
